When is the app for mobile devices launching?
We are currently developing apps for apple and android users. We expect this to be ready by June and will notify our email list so if you want updates, this is the best way to stay connected with us.
Can I practice OWAKEN Breathwork when pregnant?
Since your body is growing a human and it’s a very sensitive time for you, we invite you to use your intuition with how deep you take your breathwork session. Rather than pushing or forcing your breath, we invite you to use a soft, steady connected breath, while still oxygenating your body. We’ve had many pregnant individuals attend our workshops and they have all had great experiences. Many of them shared that they deeply connected with their yet-to-be-born baby in the breathwork session.

Why do I get dizzy when I do Owaken breathwork (especially when sitting up) and why is that ok?
We say that feeling slight dizziness when doing breathwork is a good thing since it means that you’re experiencing an energetic, mental, emotional and physiological shift. This is generally very safe and if it feels ungrounding for you then make sure you are laying down. Never do Owaken Breathwork while operating a vehicle or standing up in an environment that could hazardous such as concrete, ledges, rooftops, on exercise equipment etc.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription, you must access the website—if you fulfilled a payment on the website.
If the subscription originated through an app purchase, you must cancel it through the app from which you purchased. Canceling an in-app purchase via the website will not cancel app-based membership plans. The website administrator cannot cancel it for you if you purchased through an app. Check out our How-To Guide on how to cancel in-app subscriptions to know how you can do it.
Log in to your account and click on Dashboard
From the dashboard, click on the option Billing
Then scroll down, locate the Active Plan and click on Change Plan
Click Cancel Membership below your active plan.
Once you've completed these steps, the subscription will be officially canceled, and you will not be charged for the subscription in the future.
